3) you have to take an appointment at a Medico Sportif (medical test) of your choice and at your personal convenience :

Please indicate that it is for FLTRI and FLA federations and for TEAM X3M SNOOZE as a club.
4) once we have received your payment and the confirmation from the Sports Ministry that you passed your medical test, we will proceed in sending in the license requests to the resp. federations
