10km Dudelange

David Claerebout confirmed his good running shape by lowering his 10km personal best time to 35:03min. He finished on 4th rank overall out of 212 finishers. Well done! Martin Bäumler finished om 68th rank in 43:32min. RESULTS

41. Internationales Master-Schwimmfest Hürth

Carole Kettenmeyer-Reuland started at the 41th international Master-Swimming event in Hürth [GER]. Once again, she performed very well by beating 2 personal best times! Here are her results of the weekend : 100m MEDLEY 1’15″62 (former personal record : 1’17″11) 50m BACKSTROKE 0’35″48 100m BUTTERFLY 1’17″91 50m BREASTSTROKE 0’39″78 (former personal record : 0’40″35)

Once again strong performance by David Claerebout – he reached 2nd rank overall in this first edition. 19. Postlaf 2014

The 19th edition of the “Postlaf” on the outskirts of Luxembourg City drew a record number of runners this year, with over 2,800 contestants crossing the finish line on Sunday.
