In Cagliari, the italian municipality and the capital of the island of Sardinia, Bob Haller raced another triathlon world cup race over the sprint distance of 750m-20km-5km.
After a pretty good swim in 9:15min, Bob left the mediterranean sea out on 15th place with 22sec behind french athlete Aurelien Raphael. Bob integrated the leadpack after the first lap on the bike. In the 3rd lap, he dropped out of the leadgroup inexplicably.
The 16th best run time leaves him at the finish line on 18th place! Nevertheless, strong performance once again.
