Bob Haller 11th @ITU Worldcup Cozumel [MEX]

Bob Haller reached a fantastic 11th rank overall at the ITU Worldcup in Cozumel [MEX], allowing him to gain 238 points for the world ranking.
After the pontoon swim start into the ocean, the athletes made their way into the Marina Fonatur. The swim was quite unfair as the buoy was too far on the left, so higher ranked athletes had +20m more to go! Once on the bike, Bob integrated the first group, but he stayed safe at the back as the 20km were fast and nervous. Bob came out 2nd of T2, following well-known Richard Murray from RSA.
The run was pretty hard for Bob as the temperatures reached >30deg. Finally, Bob came in on 11th place, only 23sec down to winner Murray.
With the 238 points gained in this WC race, Bob moved to 101. place in the ITU points list.
