Dear Athletes,
the next saison is already reachable, so wake up an join our weekly sportsmenue:
Monday :
6pm Spinning, Abs and Stability Training @ the Gym Campus Geeseknäppchen

Wednesday :
-5pm Running Training at the Track n’ Field Campus Geeseknäppchen (Speed or Endurance)
-6pm SwimTraining @Campus

-6pm SwimTraining

-9am Running Endurance (+/- 60min) @ Tennis Spora Bambusch
-2pm Cycling Training (The Meetingpoint for the last Saturdays were on the big Parking next to the FootballField in Walferdange) +- 2,5h
