IM70.3 Wiesbaden

Once again very good performance shown by Danièle Flammang at the european championships at the IM70.3 Wiesbaden [Germany]. Danièle managed to take 2nd rank in Age group F45-49, only 44sec behind the german winner Bregulla-Linke.
After a steady swim in 32:54, Danièle lost the lead to Bregulla-Linke on this hilly and demanding bike course. Once on the 21km run, Danièle tried to push hard again, but the fastest run time of all the girls in her category was just not enough to take the win. Nevertheless, great performance and congratulations for this well-deserved second rank.

Sam Peters had a hard day on the bike with sore legs, and the running part went ok til km10, then Sam blew up. Unfortunately, he couldn’t show what he’s worth – but hey, the next race is coming soon and will be even better!!!
