Olivier Godart finished on excellent 9th rank overall and won his age group M45 yesterday at the PRO-female Ironman Frankfurt.
He finished in fantastic 8h48:25 (0h57:29 – 4h33:18 – 3h10:02). With the fastest bike split of the day, Olivier was leading the race until km10 where he dropped down a bit to 9th overall – but nonetheless a fantastic race.
Eric Gonderinger and Thierry Majerus set new personal best times each. Eric set a new PB in 9h26:00 and ranked 59th overall (20. M30 > 1h05:24 – 5h00:29 – 3h08:51). Thierry had a sub10 end time by setting his new PB to 9h55:14 (8. M50 > 1h10:13 – 5h24:43 – 3h11:37)
