After his deception at the IM Nice in July, Chris Doyle took another go to grab the qualification slot for Hawaii, this time he chose the IM Vichy [FRA].
After the 3.8km non-wetsuit swim in 1:29:50h, Chris showed a steady performance on the bike and on the marathon by finishing in 11:03:57 on 256th rank overall and 19th in M50-54. Unfortunately, this result has not been sufficient to get the desired Kona-medal…. next time will be the good one Chris!
