Cyril reaches PB at the Marathon Cologne

Cyril Henricot raced the Marathon Cologne trying to reach a new personal best by staying below the 4h-barrier. Marathon Metz

Chris Doyle and Carlo Feltes took part in the Marathon Metz [FRA] this weekend. Chris had to drop out of the race due to upcoming cramps – unfortunately, the weather conditions that day were poor with temperatures below 8 degrees. Carlo performed well and finished in about 4h21 on 981st rank overall. RESULTS

52. Route du vin Remich [Lux. championships]

5 X3M-runners took the start at the 52nd edition of the ‘BIL Route du vin’ half marathon in Remich [LUX]. Circuit-Run Goodyear 10km

3 of our members participated in this year’s circuit run on the Goodyear test track in Colmar-Berg/Luxembourg. David Claerebout finished 18th with a personal best time of 36:53min. Carlo Feltes finished 49th in 42:36min and Davide Verga 59th in 44:03min.

Jungfrau-Marathon [SUI]

Nathalie Bart took part at the famous ‘Jungfrau-Marathon’ in Interlaken/Switzerland. This very hard marathon has its finishline at the Eiger north-face at approx. 2000m altitude. Nathalie had some hard times but she managed to finish in about 5h10min on 262nd female rank overall. Strong performance Nathalie!

Triathlon XL Gerardmer

Our new belgian athlete Francois Reding raced the triathlon XL in Gerardmer, a middle distance triathlon known for the demanding bike and run courses. He did very well and finished 32nd out of 1300 finishers!!! Very impressive result, congratulations from the committee and the team members. RESULTS
